Trained in Benares style of Tabla playing, Samar Saha showed a great promise at a very young age. Samar's initial training started at a very tender age under the guidance of his father Sri Sudhansu Bhusan Saha and brother Sri Tarak Saha, a Tabla player of repute. His formal training started under the tutelage of Sr Satchidananda Goswami and then flowered under the able guidance of Sri Krishna Kumar Ganguly (Natubabu) of Benares Gharana. A highly sought-after Tabla accompanist, Samar has had the privilege of accompanying almost all the top ranking artists of Hindustani vocal and instrumental music. Samar Saha is a full-time senior faculty member of ITC Sangeet Research Academy since its very inception in 1978. He has toured the USA many times with ITC-SRA musicians.

Snehasish Mozumder is among those few established musicians in India who has mastered the art of playing Mandolin, and has blended it perfectly into the style of Hindustani Classical Music. Coming from a musically oriented family, he started his initial training under the guidance of his father Sri Himangshu Mazumder. Gradually he switched over to his cousin Sri Tejendra Majumdar who is a well-known Sarod player of the country. He continued his study under Pandit Ajoy Sinha Roy who was a beloved disciple of Baba Allauddin Khan, the founder of Maihar Gharana and Guru of Pandit Ravishankar. Finally he came under the tutelage of Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty. Snehashish, besides performing in all the major festivals in India, has toured Europe, the U.K., and the U.S.A. He is a recipient of the Surmani and Jadubhatta Awards. Besides playing Indian Classical Music, he is very much involved in the film industry and arranged music for many award-winning films. Recently Snehasish was invited by Pandit Ravishankar to perform for the George Harrison Memorial Concert held in Royal Albert Hall, London.

Arup Chattopadhyay is recognized today as one of the most outstanding and sought after Tabla artists of the younger generation. As a premier disciple of the world-renowned maestro Pandit Shankar Ghosh of the Farukkhabad Gharana (stylistic tradition) of Tabla, Arup has established himself both as an topnotch accompanist and a formidable soloist. Arup started his initial training in tabla at the age of six from his father, the eminent Tabla player, Shri Pankaj Chatterjee and later came under the tutelage of Pandit Shankar Ghosh with whom he continues to train. An affiliated tabla artist with the All India Radio and Doordarshan Televison, Arup records and performs frequently for the Indian broadcasting network. He regularly accompanies some of the leading musicians of India such as Pandit Ravi Shankar, Rajan and Sajan Mishra, Ashish Khan, Manas Chakravarty, Arun Bhadhuri, Ajay Chakravarty, and Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. Arup has toured the U.K. representing highly acclaimed performances and demonstrations with Deepak Choudhury. Most recently, he has toured extensively with sitarist Kartik Seshadri in performances throughout the United States and Canada. Arup also serves as a visiting guest lecturer of Tabla at the University of California, San Diego.
